- Phone calls on your own Twilio number, a website chat widget (text and voice), and SMS, where AIVA drafts replies that your staff review and send.

- Auto-detects the caller's language, or you pin one of 13.
- Plans
- Starter $49, Growth $99 and Pro $199 a month, with a 14-day free trial and no card required. Twilio and OpenAI usage is billed by those providers.
