Our story
Six years,
one obsession.
Woyce started as two engineers in a coworking space in Rajkot. We had spent the previous decade at large companies and bigger agencies, watching good software get strangled by bad process. We wanted to find out what would happen if we kept the team small, the process tight, and the bar high. Six years in, here's what's happened.
2020
Founded
Two engineers, one coworking desk
Priya and Arjun left their staff engineering roles at Razorpay and Flipkart to start Woyce. The first three months were spent in a coworking space in Rajkot, shipping a fintech MVP for a former colleague.
2021
Growth
First five hires, all senior
We made an early commitment that paid off — every hire would have at least eight years of experience. Slow to recruit, fast to ship. By end of year we had shipped six projects across SaaS and ecommerce.

2022
First mobile launch
Shipped a delivery app to 50,000 daily drivers
A logistics startup hired us for what was meant to be a six-month build. We delivered iOS and Android in 16 weeks. The app is still in production today, and the founder became one of our biggest sources of referrals.
2023
New practice
Built our AI & LLM practice
When clients started asking about ChatGPT integrations, we made a deliberate choice not to fake it. We hired Ravi, our first ML engineer, and spent three months shipping internal RAG and agent prototypes before taking client work in the space.
2024
Recognition
Crossed 25 shipped projects · opened Pune
Hit our 25th production launch. Opened a second office in Pune to be closer to the startup ecosystem there. Featured in YourStory’s “Studios to Watch” list.

Now
24 people. 40+ shipped. Still hiring slowly.
We’re a 24-person studio across Rajkot, Pune, and remote. We’ve shipped 40+ production projects across web, mobile, and AI. The bar for hiring hasn’t moved. Neither has the obsession with shipping.
