01 — Scope of Work
At Woyce Technologies, we prioritise clarity and transparency in defining the technical development scope. For promising collaborations, we are open to multiple discussions via Zoom, Slack, or email to thoroughly understand the full scope of work expected from us.
The more detailed the information you provide — including finalised designs and technical specifications — the smoother the development process. Once we gain sufficient clarity, we will prepare and share our detailed understanding of the project.
02 — Development Environment
All development work is carried out on a staging server set up by Woyce Technologies. Progress updates are provided based on pre-agreed milestones, along with a link to our development server.
Clients are requested to provide feedback only when prompted by our team. Feedback shared prematurely may not be addressed — or may be treated as a Change Request if work is forced prematurely. We encourage a cooperative review process after all tasks, including QA testing, are completed.
03 — Adherence to Scope
Once the scope is defined and agreed upon, Woyce Technologies ensures strict adherence to it. Any deviation or additional work will only be carried out upon written confirmation and may incur additional costs.
04 — Confidentiality & NDA
Woyce Technologies respects the confidentiality of all clients. All shared project information, communication, and documentation will remain strictly confidential. We will not contact your end customers or share project details externally without your explicit written permission.
Clients maintain full ownership of their project assets at all times. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over deliverables once full payment has been received.
05 — Quality & Bug Fixing
We have a dedicated QA team responsible for functionality testing and visual accuracy based on the defined scope of work. Testing is conducted across Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge.
We provide 2 months of free bug-fixing support after project sign-off, covering issues within the defined scope. Bugs arising from client-side modifications are excluded from this warranty.
06 — Communication
All official communication is managed through email, Slack, or scheduled video meetings. Each project is assigned a dedicated project manager to handle discussions and coordination.
07 — Timeline & Delays
We provide realistic, achievable timelines based on project complexity and resource availability. We do not commit to timelines we consider infeasible.
Meeting delivery dates depends on timely receipt of designs, specifications, feedback, and milestone payments. Any delay in these areas may cause the project to be paused and our team reallocated to other assignments.
08 — Payment Terms
All projects require advance payment prior to the start of development. The percentage of advance depends on project size and complexity. For phased projects, milestone payments must be cleared on time. Failure to do so will result in the project being paused until dues are cleared.
We accept payments via PayPal or Bank Wire Transfer. Account and payment details are included in every invoice shared with the client.

09 — Final Payments & Transfer
Final payments must be made in accordance with agreed terms. Code and project files will only be transferred upon receipt of all pending payments. In cases where development is done directly on the client's server, we require 100% payment upfront.
