A series of custom ServiceNow dashboard implementations for enterprise ITSM clients. The project involved building custom widgets, table configurations, and Glide scripting to surface operational KPIs and SLA adherence data that the out-of-box dashboards could not provide.

Used a build transpilation step to polyfill ES6+ features and bundled them as Service Portal static assets.
