Incorporight is a corporate information management SaaS that replaces manual minute books and spreadsheet-based cap tables with a structured, blockchain-anchored system. Companies store and manage shareholder registers, director/officer records, and corporate changes with a full audit trail backed by blockchain immutability.
We validated every challenge before writing production code. The right column shows the pain points we tackled head-on and how we approached each one.
Implemented a batch anchoring strategy — records are hashed, aggregated into a Merkle root, and anchored once per day to minimise on-chain costs while preserving integrity.
Modelled share classes as configurable schemas with conversion triggers, anti-dilution provisions, and preference waterfalls calculated dynamically.
The instinct on complex projects is to rebuild everything from scratch. We pushed back. A full rewrite often means months of regressions while engineering rebuilds features that were already working.
We mapped the existing workflow against actual usage. The result was clear: a small set of features accounted for the majority of user time. We rebuilt the core, shipped fast, and extended outward.
